VENDOR ACCREDITATION FEES
(Food and Beverages Vendors)
- Super Food Vendor (6*12m)- K20,000.00 includes a food court for 25-40 people
- Confectionary Vendor (6*12m)- K25,000.00 includes a food court area that provides for up to 25-50 people
- Ordinary food Vendor (3*6m)- K12,500.00- does not include a food court
- Home-Grown Vendor (3*2m)- K1,000.00- does not include a food court
DELEGATE FEES
- VVIP- K10,000.00
- VIP Delegate- K7,500.00
- Regular Delegate- K2,500.00
- Local Delegate- K1,000.00
- Home-Grown Delegate- K200.00
- Children- Free (but require to move with an adult and collect a Pass card).
- At least 20 SMEs from the 8 riparian countries of the Zambezi River to be sponsored by the Zambezi River Indaba & Expo Organising Committee
MEDIA ACCREDITATION FEES
- Institutions (Free) - to cover live the launch, official opening ceremony, conferences, cocktails, fishing competitions, and symposiums.
- Individual (Freelance) (Free)- to cover live the launch, official opening ceremony, conferences, selected cocktails, fishing competitions, and symposiums.
